2010 in Review (Courtesy WordPress)

I am not sure what is tougher: being a banker, being a branch head (with depleted human resources), being a middle level manager of a public sector enterprise in India, being a housewife in an Indian middle class home –as my wife would love to add, or being a human! While I was busy burying myself under layers of quilts at the end of a particularly ruthless  6-day week, I received a surprise summary of how my blog did in 2010, straight from the horse’s mouth, i.e., the WordPress.

To be sure the summary does not unfold earth-shattering statistics. But it is warming enough to learn on a cold new year sabbath that the heart-rending injustice showered on Priyadarshini got the maximum attention of all the posts.  It doesn’t exactly avenge the poor soul, but it does mean that many of us  are still capable of looking back in anger. I was also gently reprimanded to return to previously more popular subjects, but the life, it appears, has different plans….

The rest is yours, if you please:
